We offer on-site computer and network support for homes and offices.  This includes software installation, support, trouble shooting and fixing computers, tablets, cell phones and networks.  We also train and guide customers through day-to-day issues so they can support themselves.  We fix network issues, expand existing networks, and design and install new networks.

All services are done in person and at your home or office.  We provide advice, training and technical support relating to IT services, software, setup devices and do trouble shooting.

• Diagnosing and resolving technical issues with hardware or software systems 
• setup new devices – initial setup, install software, configure your device and software, move files between devices, and configure email applications.
• Assessing user needs and recommending technical solutions such as patches, upgrades, or enhancements
• Clean out old data and reset devices back to their factory settings.  This is done when buying a used device, getting a device ready to be sold or attempting to fix a device that has been misbehaving with no obvious problem.
• Aid in purchasing a computer, cell phone, tablet, or smart devices – We do not sell these devices, so we can offer an unbiased opinion taking your own needs into account, hopefully allowing you to buy the device that fits you best while costing you the least amount of money.
• Data Services and Recovery – Transfer files, back up and recover data.  This can includes setting up routines and software to backup and restore your data.
• Design, setup, trouble shoot and maintain small to medium networks (WiFi and/or LAN).
• We can fix your small, but , problems – examples: reset passwords, locate lost files and setup Wi-Fi.

Currently, we only offer limited support for the following:

• Macs (We do support iWatches, iPhones or iPads)
• Hardware repairs (We can determine if the issue is a software or hardware problem.  We do not use a screwdriver on your device.)
