We follow a three-phase project process to define what smart devises you want and need in your home. We then work with you to define what smart devices will meet your goals, plan how to get these devices installed in your home. Once the planning is completed, we work with you to have them installed, tested, then train your family and offer on-going support.
1. Definition Phase
We start by helping you define the goals you wish to achieve in a smart house and a budget.
Each one of these items will be adjusted in later phases as needed.
At the end of this phase, you can expect a document that:
This phase is intended to be an interactive process. Which device we choose is based on discussions of ease of use, level of meeting your needs and wants, cost, installation cost, time to deliver, time to install and so on...
At the end of this phase, you can expect a document that includes:
o functional description
o customer needs met
o estimate cost
o link to where you can buy the device (if available)
o who will install the device?
o estimate cost of install
o when it should be installed
o what integration can be done
o who, if anyone, will integrate the device?
o user training needed
o ongoing support needed and by whom.
o How to test device
o Ensure that smart devices are being install when schedule
o Address install that are not occurring on time
o Install devices assigned to HHD
o Test all smart devices
o Integrate smart devices as defined by schedule
o User Testing
o Customer Support
o User Documentation Supplied by the Manufacture of each Smart Device
